U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry announces in November 2015 a national task force to analyze and integrate climate change issues into foreign policy.

According to a press release, Gore, along with the American Public Health Association, the Harvard Global Health Institute, and a number of other health and environment groups, will hold a one-day meeting on February 16 at the Carter Center in Atlanta — a scaled-down version of the original three-day CDC event.

Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) questions the Senate on why the Keystone XL tar sands pipeline, asking her senate collegues, why ahead of all other American issues and priorities is the first order of business in the Republican control Congress, A pipeline, which she asserts, is not in the interest of the American people and is an environmental disaster in the making.  Warren further asks who does the Senate work for...TransCanada or the American people?  Adding she was not voting for the Keystone XL pipeline...
